In a bowl, mix together White Chia Seeds (1/3 cup), Raw Coconut Water (1 cup), Coconut Milk (1/4 cup), Coconut Nectar (1 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), and Ground Cinnamon (to taste).
Stir well, and let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Add Salt (1/4 teaspoon) and mix well. Pour into serving bowls, top with Goji Berries (to taste), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste), and any other ingredients you desire. Serve, and enjoy!
