Step 1
Set oven broiler to high.
Step 2
Cut the
Ruby Red Grapefruit (2)
in half. Then with a paring knife cut around the edge of the fruit. Continue by segmenting the inside of the grapefruit to make grooves in which your ingredients will soak into.
Step 3
Place grapefruit halves cut side up into a baking dish. Add about 1 teaspoon of
Grand Marnier (to taste)
to each grapefruit. Place 2 pads of
Butter (to taste)
on each half and sprinkle with
Brown Sugar (to taste)
.
Step 4
Place under broiler for about 7 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Step 5
Serve in a bowl with a garnish of
Fresh Mint (to taste)
. Savor every drop!
