Line a mini muffin pan with 12 mini paper liners.

Melt Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips (2 cups) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth.

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each muffin liner, using a spoon to spread it up sides slightly.

Meanwhile, mix together Unsweetened Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (1/2 cup) and Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (2 Tbsp) in a small bowl until smooth.

Add about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter mixture on the top chocolate layer.

Top each with another teaspoon of melted chocolate to cover peanut butter layer completely.

Place in freezer for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until fully set.
