Combine Cranberry Juice (1/2 cup) and Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar (1 Tbsp) in a small sauce pan over medium heat.

Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly until the sweetener dissolves. Simmer mixture for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside and refrigerate until completely cooled, about 15-20 minutes.

For latte: Whisk Matcha Powder (1 tsp) and hot Water (2 tsp) together in a small bowl until completely smooth and frothy. Add Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar (1/2 tsp) and whisk until all granules have dissolved.

Fill a tall serving glass with ice. Add 1% Low Fat Milk (1 cup) and gently pour in matcha mixture.

For foam: Gently whisk together cooled cranberry simple syrup and Sugar-Free Whipped Cream (2 Tbsp) until light and foamy. Spoon or gently pour cranberry cold foam over iced matcha latte and serve.
