Fry the White Onion (1/4) in a little Oil (as needed). Blend with the Pinto Beans (4 cups) and Epazote (1 sprig), and return to the pan, cooking over low heat until they bubble.

Meanwhile, fry the White Corn Tortillas (8) in a little oil, take them out, and press them against a paper napkin to absorb the excess oil.

Place the fried tortillas on a new plate and fill them with La Vaquita® Queso Fresco (1/2 cup).

Top them with beans. Serve with La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana (1/2 cup), slices of Red Onion (1 slice), and shredded Cotija Cheese (1/2 cup).
