Boil the Bone-In Chicken Breast (1) for an hour or until it is fully cooked. Crumble it and place aside.

In a large skillet, fry the Onions (3) with the Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup) until it is transparent. Add the Garlic (3 cloves), fry for 5 more minutes, and add four Tomatoes (4).

Blend the remaining Tomato (1) with the can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1 can) and add the mixture to the sauce.

Boil over low heat for 20 minutes. Add the chicken, Salt (to taste), and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste).

Heat the Refried Beans (1 cup) and spread on the Tostada Shells (12). Place the tinga on top of them.

Accompany with shredded Lettuce (1 cup), La Vaquita® Queso Fresco (to taste), and La Vaquita® Crema Mexicana (to taste).
