Dice Asparagus (1 cup) into small pieces.

Slice Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1/2 cup) and Prosciutto (1/2 cup) into thin slices.

Par-bake the 9-inch Pie Crust (1) crust for 4 minutes in a round baking dish at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl, whisk the Eggland’s Best Free Range Eggs (10) together. Next, add vegetables and prosciutto.

Pour Milk (4 Tbsp) into the egg mixture, add Fontina Cheese (1 cup), Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp), Salt (1 pinch), Simply Organic® Black Pepper (1 pinch). Mix well.

Pour mixture into the par-baked crust. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes until set.
