In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat together the softened Cream Cheese (1 pckg) until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Then add the Greek Yogurt (2/3 cup), Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (1 cup), Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Dried Parsley (1 Tbsp), Ground Sage (1 tsp), Fresh Rosemary (1/2 tsp), Ground Oregano (1/2 tsp), Salt (to taste), Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste), and Jarred Minced Garlic (1 tsp). Mix this mixture on medium speed until well incorporated.

With the mixer on low add in the minced Eggland's Best Hard Cooked Eggs (3) and mix until combined.

Transfer mixture to an airtight container, cover and refrigerate for several hours.

Remove mixture from the fridge and form it into a ball. Roll in a dish filled with chopped Toasted Almonds (1 cup).
