Cook the Turkey Bacon (4 slices) as desired, then crumble or chop it and set aside. In a small pan, melt the butter and cook the Fresh Sage (1 Tbsp) until softened, about 3–4 minutes, then set aside.

Slice the Eggland's Best Hard Cooked Eggs (12) lengthwise, set aside the whites, and add the yolks to a bowl.

Mash the yolks with Sour Cream (1/3 cup) and Gluten-Free Spicy Mustard (1 Tbsp), until you get a smooth paste, and then add in sage, Salt (to taste), and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste).
