Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Using a hand mixer, combine the Granulated Monk Fruit Sugar (1/2 cup) and Light Butter (4 Tbsp) in a bowl, beating until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).

Add the Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Clementine (1 tsp) or orange zest.

In a separate bowl, combine the Almond Flour (3/4 cup), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp), and Baking Soda (1/2 tsp).

Fold the dry mix into the wet mix and combine completely. Add the Dried Tart Cherries (4 Tbsp) and Slivered Almonds (4 Tbsp) and fold to combine.

Using an ice cream scoop for cookies that are the same size. Form the dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes and then transfer them onto a rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
