Cooking Instructions

Combine Sun-Maid Raisins (1 cup) and Sun-Maid Mediterranean Pitted Dried Apricot (1/2 cup) in small bowl; add enough Water (as needed) to cover.

Let stand 10 minutes or until plump.

Drain well; pat dry.

Place in food processor; add Granola (3/4 cup), Sliced Almonds (1/2 cup) and Almond Extract (1/2 tsp).

Pulse until finely chopped and mixture begins to stick together; stir in Sweetened Coconut Flakes (3/4 cup).

With slightly moistened hands, roll 1 tablespoon mixture into 1-inch balls; place in paper cups.

Garnish with additional coconut, if desired.

Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
