Chop the Eggland's Best Hard Cooked Eggs (12) into quarters or smaller pieces, depending on your texture preference.

In a food processor, combine the eggs, softened Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) and Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise (1/2 cup). Pulse until smooth and creamy.

Add the Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp), Pickle Juice (1 Tbsp), Hot Sauce (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (1/4 tsp) to the mixture. Pulse again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
