We LOVE this coffee. This recipes marries the idea of a nice long “cold” brew that is deliciously smooth and bold with the Vietnamese style of using sweetened condensed milk for that perfect saccharinity. Finished with a gorgeous stream of cream. Cheese cloth is needed to strain your grounds.

or Half and Half
Cooking Instructions
1.
Fill a pitcher or large container with Water (6 cups) and add Ground Coffee (1 cup) and stir. Cover and let sit for at least 6 hours and up to overnight.
2.
Pour over a sieve/strainer that is lined with cheese cloth.
3.
Pour over ice. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk (to taste).
4.
Drizzle in Heavy Cream (to taste).
5.
Taste the magic.
