Step 1
Finely dice the
Honeydew Melons (1/4 cup)
and
Cantaloupes (1/4 cup)
. Place each in a separate bowl, along with the
Granola (2 cups)
.
Step 2
Drizzle a small amount of
Honey (to taste)
into each bowl and stir. This acts as your binder.
Step 3
Start adding your first layer of granola. Be sure to firmly press down each layer with a tamper or something flat. Next add the honeydew, followed by another layer of granola. Then add the cantaloupe.
Step 4
Carefully slide the ring off while pressing slightly on the top the ingredients with tamper to secure. This should come off easily.
Step 5
Finish with
Greek Yogurt (1 dollop)
and scent with a
Vanilla Bean Pod (1)
for extra specialness. Serve to someone you love and appreciate (which can totally be yourself!)
