As usual here at SEE Salt we want to STACK everything! This time we have stacked healthy granola with fresh melon and then crowned it with vanilla scented yogurt. Both delicate and delicious. Perfect for a special breakfast in bed.

Honeydew Melons

Cantaloupes

Greek Yogurt

Cooking Instructions
1.
Finely dice the Honeydew Melons (4 Tbsp) and Cantaloupes (4 Tbsp). Place each in a separate bowl, along with the Granola (2 cups).
2.
Drizzle a small amount of Honey (to taste) into each bowl and stir. This acts as your binder.
3.
Start adding your first layer of granola. Be sure to firmly press down each layer with a tamper or something flat. Next add the honeydew, followed by another layer of granola. Then add the cantaloupe.
4.
Carefully slide the ring off while pressing slightly on the top the ingredients with tamper to secure. This should come off easily.
5.
Finish with Greek Yogurt (1 dollop) and scent with a Vanilla Bean Pod (1) for extra specialness. Serve to someone you love and appreciate (which can totally be yourself!)
