Combine the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups), Nutella® (1/2 cup), Chia Seeds (4 Tbsp), Flaxseeds (4 Tbsp), Creamy Peanut Butter (4 Tbsp), Almond Extract (1 2/3 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) in a food processor and pulse until a coarse texture is achieved.

Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. This helps to harden the mixture so that it's less sticky and easier to roll into balls.

Roll into balls of your desired size. You can make them smaller or larger as you like. Chill in the refrigerator or freeze in the freezer for 30-60 minutes until solid, then enjoy! Store in an airtight box/container in the freezer or refrigerator.
