Step 1
Dice the
Fresh Strawberries (1 cup)

In a bowl add the strawberries and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
and mash together.
Step 3
In a separate bowl add the
Whole Milk (3/4 cup)
and
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
and whisk together until the sugar is well dissolved.
Step 4
Add the
Heavy Cream (1 3/4 cups)
,
Honey (2 Tbsp)
,
Strawberry Flavoring (1/4 tsp)
, and
Salt (1/4 tsp)
, and mix. Pour into bowl with the mashed strawberries and mix together.
Step 5
Pour your ice cream mixture into your ice cream maker. Turn on and let it run for 25-30 minutes, or according to manufacturer's directions. After that, transfer into a container and place in the freezer until solid.
