Combine the Fresh Strawberries (3 cups), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) and Water (1/3 cup) in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer until fruit is broken down and forms a jam-like consistency. Remove from heat and stir in Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp). Let cool slightly.
