Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving enough on each side to assist you in pulling the bars out. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine the Fresh Strawberry (1 pound), Maple Syrup (2 tablespoon) and Water (1/3 cup) in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer until fruit is broken down and forms a jam-like consistency. Remove from heat and stir in Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon). Let cool slightly.
