Author's Notes

Ingredients for strawberry puree make for up to 4 cocktails.

Peel lemons and reserve long lemon peels (for garnish) before you juice your lemons.

Cooking Instructions

In a food processor process Fresh Strawberries (6), Granulated Sugar (2 tsp), and Lemon Juice (1).

In a shaker tin add Amaretto Limoncello (1.5 fl oz), puree, and do a dry shake (no ice) for about 5 seconds.

Use a cocktail strainer and strain puree into the bottom of your glass. Add fresh Ice (to taste) and top with Almond Sparkling Wine (to taste).

Serve drink showing colors separated for a neat visual effect or use cocktail stirrers to blend both liquid components together. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon peel. Enjoy!
