To make the amaretto limoncello, peel the
, place into a bottle with the
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
and let marinate for 2 days. For the strawberry puree, use a food processor to process
Fresh Strawberries (6)
In a shaker tin add
Amaretto Limoncello (1.5 fl oz)
and puree and do a dry shake (no ice) for about 5 seconds.
Use a cocktail strainer and strain puree into the bottom of your glass. Add fresh
Ice (to taste)
and top with
Almond Sparkling Wine (to taste)
Serve drink showing colors separated for a neat visual effect or use cocktail stirrers to blend both liquid components together. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon peel. Enjoy!
