To make the amaretto limoncello, peel the Lemon (1), place into a bottle with the Ciroc Amaretto (to taste) and let marinate for 2 days. For the strawberry puree, use a food processor to process Fresh Strawberry (6) and Lemon Juice (1/2 teaspoon).
In a shaker tin, pour the Amaretto Limoncello (1.5 fluid ounce) and strained strawberry puree. Put top on the shaker, and shake well. Strain into a glass, and fill with Ice (to taste).
Top glass off with Almond Sparkling Wine (to taste). Press lemon peel around the rim of the glass, garnish with a Fresh Strawberry (1), serve, and enjoy!
