Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Into a baking dish, lay out the Tilapia Fillet (4), flat side up. Season both sides with Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Dried Parsley (to taste), and Fleur de Sel (to taste).
Place the sliced Butter (1/2 stick) on top of the fish.
Cover the pan with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
