Into a double boiler, add Chocolate Chips (12 ounce) and Unsalted Butter (4 tablespoon). Melt them together, stirring throughout.
Into a mixing bowl, add Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon). Whisk in the chocolate until everything is well combined.
Add Large Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup) and stir to combine.
Transfer batter to a greased and lined baking tin. Allow to chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Remove the lining with the fudge from the pan. Slice the fudge into squares.
