Microwave the Russet Potatoes (2) for 10 minutes.

Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes until cold. Make sure the potatoes are fully chilled before cutting so they do not fall apart.

Cut the chilled potatoes in half and then each half into large chunks or big square pieces.

Place a large skillet over high heat. Add the potatoes to the pan before adding the oil so you are not dropping them into hot oil.

Add 2 tbsp of high-heat Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp). Spread the potatoes out so they are nicely spaced and can sear instead of steam.

Let the potatoes sizzle until they start developing crispy edges. Flip or toss them every 2–3 minutes. Keep the heat high at first, then reduce it to medium-high as they continue crisping.

Add the remaining Cooking Oil (1 Tbsp). Continue cooking until the potatoes are crispy on the edges and heated through, about 7–10 minutes total.

Turn off the heat once the potatoes are crispy. Sprinkle with Dan-O’s® Original Seasoning (1 Tbsp) and toss. Sprinkle with Dan-O’s® SPG Tri-O Seasoning (1 Tbsp) and toss again until evenly coated.
