Cooking Instructions
1.
In a pan over high heat add half the Oil (4 tsp) and Ground Beef (1.1 lb).
2.
Season with 1 pinch of Salt (1 pinch). Continue to cook the ground beef until golden brown and dry. Remove and set aside.
3.
Add remaining Oil (4 tsp) to the same pan and toss in the Onions (1/2 cup). Season with another pinch of Salt (1 pinch) to draw out the moisture.
4.
Add in the Red Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) and continue to stir for 2 minutes.
5.
Next, add the Tomato Sauce (1/2 cup) and mix well. Finally, add the ground beef back into the pan and stir to combine.
6.
Cook until the sauce thickens to your liking and you're ready to serve.
