Set your pressure cooker to sauté and set to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C).
In a large bowl place the
Pork Ribs (2 lb)
and season with
Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
Ground Cumin (1/2 Tbsp)
Onion Powder (1 Tbsp)
. Mix to season well.
Make sure the ribs aren't too cold. Add a few splashes of
Cooking Oil (to taste)
to the pressure cooker and place the ribs in to sear the outside for 3 minutes.
Add some water and balsamic vinegar to deglaze the bottom of the pot. Place the ribs back in and place the lid on. Set to stew and cook for 18 minutes.
Once done, release the pressure valve. Drain most of the liquid at the bottom leaving around 2 tablespoons of liquid only. Add in the
Barbecue Sauce (to taste)
and mix. Place the lid back on and set to stew again and cook for 15 minutes.
Once done, release the pressure valve. Serve with your favorite sides.
