Pat Shrimp (1 lb) dry using a paper towel, and season both sides with Sea Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic® Black Pepper (to taste) to taste.

In a large skillet, heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for about 2 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.

Add Orzo Pasta (1 cup) to skillet, then add Simply Organic® Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Simply Organic® Onion Powder (1/2 tsp) and Simply Organic® Red Chili Peppers (1/4 tsp). Stir well and let pasta toast for 1 minute.

Add Vegetable Broth (3 cups). Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring often, for 10 to 12 minutes, until orzo is al dente and has absorbed most of the broth.

Add Frozen Green Peas (1/2 cup), Simply Organic® Parsley (1 Tbsp), Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp) and cooked shrimp and stir well. Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes, until everything is warmed through and orzo is tender.

Garnish with more crushed red pepper to taste, and enjoy!
