Step 1
To make the simple syrup, first chop the
Fresh Ginger (1 tsp)
. Peel 5 twists of tangerines from the
Tangerine (1)
then cut it into 4 wedges.
Step 2
Then, combine the ginger,
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
,
Water (1/2 cup)
, Tangerine Peels, and
Bourbon Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp)
in a saucepan. Boil until sugar dissolves, strain, and let cool.
Step 3
Muddle the 4 tangerine wedges and
Fresh Rosemary (to taste)
in your mixing tin. Add
Gin (1.5 fl oz)
,
SMIRNOFF® Iced Cake Vodka (0.5 fl oz)
,
Simple Syrup (0.3 fl oz)
,
Lemon Juice (0.3 fl oz)
, and
Ice (to taste)
to the mixing tin.
Step 4
Shake vigorously until frosty. Fill a glass with
Ice (to taste)
then strain contents of mixer tin into the glass. Top off with
Sparkling Orange Water (to taste)
.
Step 5
Garnish with a tangerine twist and rosemary sprig. Serve, and enjoy!
