To make the simple syrup, first chop the Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon). Peel 5 twists of tangerines from the Tangerine (1) then cut it into 4 wedges.
Then, combine the ginger, Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Water (1/2 cup), Tangerine Peels, and Bourbon Vanilla Extract (1 tablespoon) in a saucepan. Boil until sugar dissolves, strain, and let cool.
Muddle the 4 tangerine wedges and Fresh Rosemary (to taste) in your mixing tin. Add Gin (1.5 fluid ounce), SMIRNOFF® Iced Cake Vodka (0.5 fluid ounce), Simple Syrup (0.25 fluid ounce), Lemon Juice (0.25 fluid ounce), and Ice (to taste) to the mixing tin.
Shake vigorously until frosty. Fill a glass with Ice (to taste) then strain contents of mixer tin into the glass. Top off with Sparkling Orange Water (to taste).
Garnish with a tangerine twist and rosemary sprig. Serve, and enjoy!
