Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Into a mixing bowl, add Oatmeal (2 1/2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tablespoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon), Olive Oil (4 tablespoon), Honey (3 1/2 tablespoon), and Assorted Nuts (1 cup). Mix until well-combined.
Spread granola on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-30 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes.
Let granola cool completely on the tray, then add Dried Cranberries (1 cup). Stir to combine.
Store in an airtight container for later, or serve as desired!
