Author's Notes

Up to 8 servings.
Suggestions and Tips:
Use 2 cups of any variety of frozen or leftover vegetable in place of the 16-ounce bag of mixed vegetables.
Brussels sprouts can be replaced with other leftover vegetables or omitted.
Add more flavor by including aromatics, herbs and spices. For example, stir in some dried thyme leaves and freshly minced garlic, or try a bit of fresh rosemary or parsley.
For serving, consider adding a drizzle of prepared turkey gravy or garnish with freshly chopped parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice.
Skip the oven and combine all ingredients except for Smiles in a large slow cooker. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 4 hours or until ready to serve.
When ready to enjoy, cook Smiles as above. Scoop casserole into bowls and top with Smiles.

step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F and the air fryer to 300°F. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
step 2
Combine the Turkey (6 cups), thawed Frozen Mixed Vegetables (3 cups) and Brussels Sprouts (2 cups) in a large mixing bowl. Add the Green Bean Casserole (4 cups) and Cream of Mushroom Soup (1.3 lb) and using a large flexible spatula, fold everything together until just combined.
step 3
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake until top is golden and the edges are bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.
step 4
Meanwhile, add McCain™ Smiles® (15) in a single layer to the air fryer, working in batches if needed, and cook until golden brown, 7 to 9 minutes (or until desired crispiness).
step 5
Remove casserole from oven, cover with Smiles then bake an additional 2 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
