in the blender.
Step 2
For the Blendtec, press smoothie button. For the Vitamix, select variable, speed #1. Turn on machina, and quickly increase speed to #10, then to high. Run for 30 seconds, or until desired consistency.
Step 3
Top with
Sweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste)
and
Chocolate Syrup (to taste)
. Serve, and enjoy!
