Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Clean the Fresh Mussels (2 kilogram) and place in a large pot together with White Wine (1 cup).
Step 2
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Make sure all the mussels open up, if there are any that do not open discard them.
Step 3
Strain the liquid used to cook the mussels and save for use in cooking rice or other dishes. Your mussels are ready to eat!
