Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable spray.
Step 3
Slice the Dried Dates (10) in half lengthwise and discard the pit.
Step 4
Cut Manchego Cheese (0.125 pound) in 20 1/2-inch pieces.
Step 5
Slice Prosciutto (5 slice) lengthwise into 4 thin strips about 1/2-inch wide.
Step 6
Stuff each date with a piece of cheese and Almonds (20).
Step 7
Wrap proscuitto around the date crosswise a few times and place on the baking sheet. Repeat for the rest of the dates.
Step 8
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
