Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable spray.
Step 3
Slice the Dried Dates (10) in half lengthwise and discard the pit.
Step 4
Stuff each date with a piece of Manchego Cheese (1/3 cup) .
Step 5
Roll Prosciutto (5 slices) around the date crosswise a few times and transfer to a baking sheet. Repeat for the rest of the dates.
Step 6
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
