Start by peeling and cleaning the Potato (4).
To slice the potatoes use a mandolin or slice very thinly with a knife.
Heat Frying Oil (to taste) in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the potato chips until golden brown.
As they are finished frying, remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
Season with a Salt (to taste), serve in a bowl and enjoy!
