Step 1
Start by peeling and cleaning the
Potatoes (4)

Step 2
To slice the potatoes use a mandolin or slice very thinly with a knife.
Step 3
Heat
Frying Oil (as needed)
in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the potato chips until golden brown.
Step 4
As they are finished frying, remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
Step 5
Season with a
Salt (to taste)
, serve in a bowl and enjoy!
