Cooking Instructions

Prepare charcoal smoker or other grill for indirect cooking at 250-275 degrees F (121-135 degrees C). Use your favorite wood for smoke flavor.

Into an aluminum pan, add Pork and Beans (5 cans), Vidalia Onion (1), Brown Sugar (1 cup), Barbecue Sauce (1 cup), Ketchup (1/2 cup), Yellow Mustard (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), and Barbecue Rub (1/2 cup). Gently fold to incorporate the ingredients.

Cook uncovered for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until onions are soft and liquid has thickened slightly.
