Step 1
Place the Garlic (1 clove) in a bowl with the Salt (1 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) , mash or grate with two forks.
Step 2
Add in Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp) , Fresh Oregano (1 Tbsp) , Fresh Basil (1 Tbsp) and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) . Mix to blend. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the Ciabatta Bread (1 loaf) into fours and brush with the garlic oil.
Step 4
Distribute the sliced Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball (1 1/3 cups) and Pepperoni Slices (3/4 cup) evenly.
Step 5
Place the sandwiches in a panini press and cook till melty and crisp - about 5-6 minutes. Enjoy!
