To make the rose petal simple syrup, add the
Fresh Rose Petals (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
Water (1 cup)
Fresh Mint Leaves (1 handful)
and the juice from
to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Turn off heat and let roses petals steep for 12 to 24 hours before straining.
Rosé Wine (3 cups)
Rose Petal Simple Syrup (1/3 cup)
Elderflower Liqueur (1/3 cup)
Fresh Rose Petals (2 Tbsp)
in a large pitcher and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve over ice.
