Place Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup) , Dried Mangoes (1/2 cup) , Hemp Seeds (1/4 cup) , Ground Turmeric (1 tsp) , and 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1) into a high power blender and blitz until it forms a texture that you can roll into balls.
Step 2
Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls. Refrigerate for up to one week or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
