Cooking Instructions

In a food processor or with a hand mixer, blend Cream Cheese (3/4 cup), Sour Cream (4 Tbsp), Red Onions (3 Tbsp), Lime (1/2), Salt (1/4 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp), and Tobiko Caviar (3/4 cup).

Add the Scallions (1 Tbsp) and mix.

Slice open the Bagel (1) and toast to a nice crunchy texture. Spread the tobiko cream cheese on both faces of the bagel.

On bottom half of bagel, place Arugula (1/2 cup) on top of the tobiko cream cheese, and then nicely place the Smoked Salmon (2 slices) over the arugula.
5.
Place Cucumber (1) over the smoked salmon.
6.
Bring everything together and enjoy!
