Step 1
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees C (475 degrees F). Wash the Apricot (6) and cut in half.
Step 2
Sprinkle Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon) on top of the apricots. Place them on a pan and in the oven until the sugar caramelizes, about 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the oven, place one teaspoon of Ricotta Cheese (1/3 cup) in the center of each apricot. Sprinkle with Pistachios (1/4 cup) and serve.
