Cooking Instructions

Fill a coupe glass with ice. In a mixing glass, stir the Gin (1.5 fl oz), Dolin Blanc (0.5 fl oz), Gold Wasser (0.5 fl oz), and Celery Bitters (2 dashes) with ice.

Pour the ice out of the coupe glass. Spritz oil of a large piece of Lemons (1 slice) over chilled coupe glass. Add the slice to the glass.

Strain cocktail into the glass then remove the lemon zest slice. Enjoy!
