Vigorously shake Bourbon (1.5 fl oz), Amaro Montenegro (0.5 fl oz), juice from Lemon (1), Blueberry Preserves (2 tsp) and The Bitter Truth® Old Time Aromatic Bitters (2 dashes) with Ice (as needed) to ensure that the preserve is well combined.
