Cooking Instructions

Stir Rye Whiskey (1 fl oz), Sweet Vermouth (0.5 fl oz), and Ramazzotti Amaro (0.5 fl oz) with ice.

Strain into a chilled rocks glass.

Top with cointreau foam, if desired.

If you don't have a stencil, use a dropper to place The Bitter Truth® Old Time Aromatic Bitters (to taste) on top of foam and run a toothpick or suitable tool through each dot to create a whimsical pattern.
