In a medium saucepan, slowly melt Butter (1/2 cup) over low heat.
Stir in the Heavy Cream (1 cup), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon), then increase heat to medium.
Add Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and stir until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Into a saucepan, add Cooking Oil (to taste). Once warm, add Spicy Sausage (1 pound). Cook until browned, breaking up with a spoon as you go. Season with Garlic (to taste).
Add Vine-Ripened Tomato (6) and Spaghetti (8 ounce). Stir to combine and warm through.
Add alfredo sauce and mix through. Season with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), then serve!
