Use any type of cup or vessel that you own, and add Espresso (1 fluid ounce). Use Vanilla Bean Paste (to taste) to sweeten the mixture.
Fill up to three-quarters of the cup with Milk (to taste) before adding a few heaping tablespoons of Chia Seeds (to taste), depending on the size of the glass (they will eventually double in size and soak up the liquid). Add Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (to taste) if desired.
Slowly mix everything together until combined. Top up the cup with some more milk if desired. Place the cup into the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight
One mixture has reached a thick, pudding-like consistency, decorate with some coffee beans and serve!
