Step 1
Use any type of cup or vessel that you own, and add
Espresso (1 fl oz)
. Use
Vanilla Bean Paste (to taste)
to sweeten the mixture.
Step 2
Fill up to three-quarters of the cup with
Milk (to taste)
before adding a few heaping tablespoons of
Chia Seeds (to taste)
, depending on the size of the glass (they will eventually double in size and soak up the liquid). Add
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (to taste)
if desired.
Step 3
Slowly mix everything together until combined. Top up the cup with some more milk if desired. Place the cup into the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight
Step 4
One mixture has reached a thick, pudding-like consistency, decorate with some coffee beans and serve!
