A sweet, tangy balsamic vinegar marinade gives these pan-fried chicken tenderloins flavor and color. They are perfect over a bed of your favorite greens!

Dried Rosemary

Chicken Tenders

Cooking Instructions
1.
Mince the Garlic (1 clove).
2.
In a medium bowl, combine Balsamic Vinegar (1 cup), Minced Garlic, Olive Oil (4 Tbsp) and Dried Rosemary (1 tsp).
3.
Make parallel, shallow cuts in to the Chicken Tenders (1 lb). This allows the meat to absorb the marinade better.

Marinate overnight.
5.
Fry in a pan with a bit of Oil for about two and a half minutes on each side.
6.
Remove from pan. Add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and serve with salad.
