Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, Cream Cheese (1 1/2 cups), Butter (4 Tbsp), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Heavy Cream (4 Tbsp), Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), and Stevia (1 pinch). Using a mixer, start mixing on low. Once the lumps from the cream cheese disappear, turn the mixer to a faster speed.

Slowly add the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4) into the cream cheese mixture. Keep mixing for another 2 to 3 minutes or until everything is well-combined.

Sift the Unflavored Protein Powder (1 2/3 cups), Xanthan Gum (1 tsp), Cream of Tartar (1/4 tsp), Baking Powder (2 tsp), and Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) into the cream cheese mixture. Using a spoon or a spatula, carefully fold the mixture until everything is well-combined.

Place the mixture in a baking pan lined with nonstick parchment paper.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Once done, carefully take it out of the baking tray and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool completely for 60 minutes.
8.
Slice with a bread knife to serve.
