1.
Peel the Mangoes (2) — you can score them into diamonds if you want, but it’s completely unnecessary. They are going to be whizzed to oblivion.
2.
Put the mango in the blender with the juice of the Lime (1/2).
3.
Secure the lid and puree. Add the Ice (2 cups). Secure the lid on the blender and start at a slow speed, gradually increasing until the fruit and ice are pureed into a smooth consistency.
4.
Serve immediately, preferably in an insulated glass.
