Step 1
Peel the
Mangoes (2)
— you can score them into diamonds if you want, but it’s completely unnecessary. They are going to be whizzed to oblivion.
Step 2
Put the mango in the blender with the juice of the
Lime (1/2)
.
Step 3
Secure the lid and puree. Add the
Ice (2 cups)
. Secure the lid on the blender and start at a slow speed, gradually increasing until the fruit and ice are pureed into a smooth consistency.
Step 4
Serve immediately, preferably in an insulated glass.
