In a saucepan, heat the
Water (1/2 cup)
, 2/3 cup of
Agave Syrup (1/4 cup)
Gently roll the
Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig)
between your hands to release the essential oils, add them into the saucepan. Stir until aromatic.
Simmer for 2-4 minutes with the lid on.
Remove from the heat and let cool.
Once cooled - remove the rosemary.
Serve individually by filling 8 high ball glasses with
Ice (as needed)
and putting 2-4 oz of syrup atop the ice followed by
Seltzer Water (3 cups)
. Optionally, make a whole batch by adding all the syrup to the seltzer water and ice, stirring gently.
Add 3/4 dropper full of
Verté Essentials Rise Vital Oil (to taste)
to the top of each glass poured - creating a float on the glass.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and lemon twist.
