In a saucepan, heat the Water (1/2 cup), 2/3 cup of Lemon Juice (5), and Agave Syrup (4 Tbsp).

Gently roll the Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig) between your hands to release the essential oils, add them into the saucepan. Stir until aromatic.

Simmer for 2-4 minutes with the lid on.

Serve individually by filling 8 highball glasses with Ice (as needed) and putting 2-4 oz of syrup atop the ice followed by Soda Water (3 cups). Optionally, make a whole batch by adding all the syrup to the soda water and ice, stirring gently.
